Be The Church: Build Community
Sunday Jan 18, 2015
Sunday Jan 18, 2015
Our second of three core values as a church revolves around community. When we look at the life of the early church from scripture, it's clear that deep community was fundamental to its mission to spread the gospel to the nations. It's no different today. In order for us to be effective in our mission we must constantly build community into the fabric of our church. We are a body after all, each piece contributing to the health of the whole. When working in unison we become the very image of Christ to the world. In this message, Pastor Ken seeks to illustrate these truths and challenge us to take a practical step towards building community by joining a LifeGroup.

When everything inside him screamed, "No," Joseph still faithfully followed God's plan. And the same is true for us today--when we are willing to trust and obey we provide a home for Jesus to thrive in!

Sunday Nov 23, 2014
When God calls you it may not be easy but when you trust Him, He'll lead you to places far beyond your imagination. He will rock your world just like He did in Mary's life thousands of years ago. But because she was willing to yield her plans to God, extend compassion to those around her, and eventually share her Son with the world, Jesus our Savior had a pathway into this world. We too can allow God's favor to rest upon us and let the Holy Spirit be born in us this season if we do the same.
